Our Solid Oak porch frames are hand crafted in our factories in the heart of Worcestershire UK. FULLY ASSEMBLED + Gallows Brackets sent loose. Our porches are described as semi-built kits this allows us, in our factory to build up your porch in sections and not in 100s of pieces which can prove difficult and time consuming on site.
THE WALL MOUNTED SOLID OAK CANOPY. A Solid Green Oak wall mounted canopy porch as per the listing and as shown in the photos. Straight front beam including solid oak fan effect timbers within the apex. Featuring a detailed oak facia board to the front facing elevation + detailed gallows brackets. 20mm oak dowel pegs supplied for pegging the fixing points. Sizing - see detailed technical drawing within photos. Width - Choose from the drop down menu - This is the total width to calculate the internal width simply deduct 180mm off the total width - For example - 1400mm total width would have an internal clear width of 1220mm.Height of gallows brackets 750mm + 35 Degree roof pitch. Depth (Face of property to the front edge of the post in mm) - Choose from the drop down menu. If you need further clarification on sizes we can send you a CAD drawing giving you exact dimensions to work to upon request.
The gallows bracket sections are Solid Green Oak 45mm x 90mm. The front apex is set to a 35 degree pitch (Roof pitch can be altered upon request - cost may vary).
Apex will be constructed as one piece. Also Included 2 Solid Oak rafters 45mm x 90mm. The porch will have a pre-sanded natural finish + choose the option for the 1st coat of clear oil to be applied in the factory within the drop down menu.
PLEASE NOTE - Felt, Batten and tiles are NOT Included. As with all Green Oak structures it has natural splits, cracks and natural differing gain textures and colours, this is to be expected and adds to the overall character of the porch.
