The Malvern - Solid Oak Porch. Crafted with precision in our Worcestershire-based workshop. Solid Oak Porch is designed to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern convenience. Our semi-built porch kits are expertly constructed to ensure easy assembly on-site while maintaining superior quality and durability.

Our Solid Oak porches are constructed using traditional mortice and tenon joints, secured with 20mm oak dowelled pegs for strength and authenticity. Each kit is carefully pre-assembled into manageable sections, minimizing on-site assembly time and complexity. Strong and durable with a distinctive grain and natural character. Straight Front Beam & Curved Brace to Side sections.

As shown in our product images for a refined and stylish finish. Delivered in assembled parts to simplify installation. The listing price covers a porch kit with the following measurements. Upto 2000mm (width) x Upto 1000mm (depth). Upto 1200mm to the top of the top plate.

Solid Green Oak (ex) 150mm x 150mm - delivered pre-assembled. Constructed as one piece for simplicity. The header beam is (ex) 150mm x 150mm Solid Green Oak, with front roof rafters measuring (ex) 70mm x 150mm. Includes four Solid Oak rafters (ex) 50mm x 100mm and a ridge board.

The kit includes all oak structural components; however, felt, batten, and tiling are not included. As is natural with Green Oak, some splits, cracks, and varying grain textures are expected, adding to the porch's authentic character. We offer a fully bespoke service, tailoring your porch to your exact specifications.
