Cheshire Mouldings 1200mm Apex Porch Canopy (CP001). There are two of these and they are both brand new but the plastic packaging has been ripped in various places causing some of the wood to get dirty or a little damaged.

It should be fine once you clean, sand & paint the frame but please see the pictures for full details. This is one of a number of items that were originally bought to renovate my own home.

This is the frame for a Apex Porch. Please note that this package is for the frame only - it does NOT include: Roofing, Fascias, Finishing components, Wall fixings and exterior glue.

Please note that these are suitable for fixing to masonry surfaces (brick/block/stone) - if you intend to use other surfaces you should seek professional advice from a structural engineer. I will do my best to ensure that those holes are covered for transit but the plastic isn't that strong and is, from experience, easily ripped while moving them around. Basically, I can't guarantee it will arrive without the courier having added further rips. Masonry wall and competance as a DIY'er. Please take note - this is a heavy object that will sit over your front door - failure to build and secure it properly could cause severe injury or even death should it fall.

My advice is to ensure you REALLY know what you are doing and inform your buildings insurer before you undertake the work. Once the work is done you must have it inspected by your local buildings inspector. Do you live in the.
