Real solid oak framed porch (includes oak frame and roof structure). Outside width is 1800mm and projects 1700mm off the main house wall.

Height of front posts is 1700mm, plus the brick plinths. Roof has been lined with tongue and groove wood and is still constructed hence easy to place back on. Also included is the lead that sits under the posts on the brick plinths although the porch could also be built on a dwarf wall or something similar. The porch is 8 years old and as with all oak has improved with age and now has real charm and character by way of colour and natural spilts. The porch was carefully dismantled 2 weeks ago and is now ready for collection (Southampton, SO31). Please feel free to ask any questions. Cash on collection only please.
